According to Forbes, Internet Addiction has come to become “Internet Use Disorder” (or IUD) by the Diagnostic And Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DMS-V). This comes a time when we’ve been more connected to each other, as well as our news, entertainment, and information, all through the use of smartphones and other online devices.

Hopefully this will help people better understand Internet Addiction and its effect on our everyday lives.
